I recently enlisted the help of Kleins Business services for the task of refurbishing my broken water pump which was less than a year old (I had been referred by a neighbour which had a similar issue). I have been searching around and all of the competitors were unwilling to assist with rewinding the core of my water pump, that is until I met Kleins Business Services. I made contact with one of their staff members, Brendan, who despite unsure if the issue was related to the pump section or motor windings, still suggested I bring in the pump whereas the competition immediately said no. Upon arrival I met the team who had inspected the unit, and have seen that my windings were burnt and happy to assist. My repairs took around 3 business days to which the pump motor had been rewound, new threads installed and had the corrosion and old paint removed and resprayed. Not only was the team customer focused in ensuring that they could assist specifically to my requirements, but they also were efficient and transparent throughout the process ! My pump is running great with even better than factory pressure since having it rewound by the Kleins Business Services team. Thank you Brendan, Hilton and team ! 10/10 would recommend.

My pool pump is working stronger than ever, KBS came on site to my property to sort out my pool pump so that it could be cleaned just in time for my family.

Had no idea if anyone could find the issue on my 20 year old Potter’s wheel but KBS came to the rescue so that I could get more use out of it before replacing with new.

Hi Brendan thank you, yes the Water pump is working but it does still seem that we’re going to need to get our WellPoint serviced I just don’t think it’s got the water at its full capacity. Happy for now!
